Reading saved articles, offline lookup and local practice do not require enabling online services. You can delete articles and vocabulary in the app. Uninstalling or system cleanup can affect local data. Article generation After you accept the generation notice and request an article, LexiInk sends your reading level, selected topics, requested length and up to three review words to the LexiInk service and then DeepSeek. On desktop, if you configure a fallback API key, the same learning options may instead be sent directly to DeepSeek when the primary service is unavailable. That key authenticates with DeepSeek and is not sent to LexiInk. Installation identifiers, app version, platform and connection information support authentication, abuse prevention and request handling. Do not submit passwords or other sensitive information in feedback. Synthesized speech After you accept the separate speech notice, article or word text is sent through LexiInk to the Microsoft Edge Read Aloud service. The app can prepare speech for up to three recent articles and cache audio locally. Generation and speech permissions are independent. External service processing is subject to the applicable provider terms; contact the operator for details or assistance with your rights. Optional learning statistics Statistics are off by default. If you separately opt in, reading, completion, help, difficulty-feedback and vocabulary-review events, times, article identifiers, levels and device-linked identifiers are sent to improve the app and understand service use. They are device-linked, not fully anonymous. Declining statistics does not affect learning features. Turning them off clears unsent learning events. These statistics are not used for cross-app advertising tracking or sold to data brokers. Retention and deletion Optional statistics expire within 90 days and are cleaned on the next service access, startup or write. In-process diagnostic records are limited to seven days and the latest 1,000 entries. Necessary deployment logs may also be generated; contact the operator about their applicable retention or deletion. Normal article text is not stored in learning statistics. Privacy and Help lets you withdraw consent, turn off statistics and request deletion of statistics securely associated with this installation. Unlinkable records from older versions may need operator assistance or retention expiry. Local articles and vocabulary are preserved. Withdrawing consent cannot reverse processing already performed by an external provider; contact the operator for assistance with provider rights requests. Support requests Support actions open an email draft for you to review and send. Article reports can include the current title and identifier. Data requests can include installation or statistics references without service secrets. Sent messages and replies are processed by the operator and their email provider. Avoid unnecessary personal data. Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion, or report a privacy issue. Minors The initial release is intended for adults aged 18 or older. You must confirm adulthood before enabling online services. Minors should not enable these services. If we learn that personal data from a minor was collected in error, we will address it under applicable law; please contact the operator. Changes Material changes to sharing or providers will require an updated notice and renewed consent. This policy does not replace applicable external-service terms.

更新日期：2026 年 10 月 14 日运营者：Hao Lian 联系邮箱：lianhao7818@gmail.com 本机学习数据文章、生词、阅读进度和跟打记录保存在你的设备上。阅读已保存文章、离线查词和本地练习不要求启用联网服务。你可以在应用中删除文章和生词；卸载或系统清理也可能影响本机数据。文章生成只有你同意文章生成说明并主动生成时，LexiInk 才把阅读等级、选定主题、目标篇幅和最多 3 个复习词汇发送到 LexiInk 服务，再交给 DeepSeek 生成文章与释义。桌面版如果你设置了备用服务密钥，主服务不可用时可能直接向 DeepSeek 发送同样的学习选项；该密钥用于向 DeepSeek 认证，不发送到 LexiInk 服务。服务同时使用安装标识、应用版本、平台和网络连接信息，用于认证、限制滥用和处理请求。请不要在反馈或其他输入中提交密码、医疗资料或其他敏感信息。合成朗读只有你同意朗读说明后，文章或单词文本才会经 LexiInk 服务发送到 Microsoft Edge 朗读服务。应用可提前准备最多 3 篇近期文章的朗读，声音可能缓存在本机。生成和朗读的同意分别保存，你可以只启用其中一种。外部服务的处理方式受其适用条款约束；需要了解或行使相关权利时可联系运营者。可选学习统计学习统计默认关闭。只有你单独开启后，应用才会上传阅读、完成、查看帮助、难度反馈和词汇复习事件，以及事件时间、文章编号、等级和设备关联标识，用于改进学习体验和了解服务使用情况。这些是设备关联记录，不称为完全匿名数据。关闭统计不影响免费或已购学习功能，尚未发送的学习事件会被清除。应用不将这些统计用于跨应用广告追踪或出售给数据经纪商。保存和删除可选学习统计的保存期限最长为 90 天；记录到期后会在服务下一次访问、启动或写入时清理。服务进程内的临时诊断记录最多保存 7 天和最近 1000 条，处理请求还可能产生部署环境的必要运行日志。需要了解具体运行日志期限或提出删除请求，请联系运营者。服务器不会把正常文章全文保存到学习统计中。你可以在“隐私与帮助”关闭统计、撤回联网同意，并请求删除能与当前安装关联的服务端学习统计。较早版本中无法与当前安装安全关联的记录可能需要人工处理，或等待保存期限届满。本地文章和生词不会因此删除。已经发送给外部服务的请求不能通过撤回同意取消其既有处理，相关权利请求可联系运营者协助处理。反馈和数据请求反馈入口打开邮件草稿。你决定是否发送、发送哪些信息。文章问题草稿可包含当前标题和编号；数据请求草稿可包含不含服务密钥的安装或统计编号。邮件及回复由运营者和其邮件服务提供方接收、处理。请检查草稿后发送，并避免提交不必要的个人信息。可通过邮箱请求查阅、更正、删除数据或报告隐私问题。未成年人 LexiInk 首发面向 18 周岁及以上的成年人。启用联网服务前需要确认已成年，未成年人请勿启用联网服务。如果我们获知误收了未成年人的个人信息，会按适用法律处理，相关问题请联系运营者。政策变化如果传输范围或服务提供方发生重要变化，应用会更新说明并重新请求相关同意。隐私说明不能代替外部服务适用的条款。
